I stumbled upon The doorway project while online this morning and began reading some of the stories posted on the blog, some of the posts were so heart renching I felt compelled to write to you.

I have my own website which I use to mainly help inspire those going through a tough time of things no matter what there circumtance.

I would love to help you guys, is there anything I can do? I am located in Scotland inbetween Edinburgh and Glasgow, if you can think of anything that I maybe able to help you with PLEASE do not hesitate to contact me.

Hope to hear from you soon.

    Kind regards

Hi, Lors, and thanks for the comment. It’s good to know that people are out there reading some of the stuff – we get the raw stats of numbers of views, but there is no flavour from that of whether people actually read the content, or just stumbled (to use your word) upon the site by accident and then surfed immediately onwards (‘surfing’ and ‘stumbling’ – a bit of a mixed metaphor…).

Thanks for your offer of help. Obviously, we’re quite a distance apart geographically, but that’s no boundary on the web. Could you please give us a link to your site? If you don’t want to put it up here, e-mail us at doorwayblogeditor@gmail.com.

Also, it would be helpful to know how you found your way to our site – helps us make ourselves more visible.

      Regards.

      Martin.

Thank you for being an inspiration for so many people. I wish more people would know about your blog as I am sure the more who know the more it can do. I found it completely by chance while searching for the poem “If” for a project I’m working on. It’s a website called “All Things If” and it’s an entire site devoted to the ideals of the poem. I see that you posted this poem last year and its a poem that inspires so many people.
